March into Reading 2016   Building Readers Book by Book

Saturday March 5th   9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Salve, O’Hare Academic Center.
Discovery Zones with arts & crafts, science experiments, book sales & signings, and special exhibits
10 a.m. Island Moving Co. perform a new ballet that combines poetry reading with dance. They are creating a new piece based on the Carnival of Animals, a musical piece composed by Camille Saints-Saens. Poems will be read between the various musical pieces.
11 a.m. Bill Harley – a children’s entertainer and storyteller who has been called the Mark Twain of contemporary children’s music by Entertainment Weekly.
